SD33 Idle control

hi guys, its me again.

My only question is where exactly can I control the idle speed of the engine because it does sound a bit accelerated. I see a couple of screws on the diesel injection pump it self but I am not sure if that´s to control the idle or what......... can someone help me.

Its already controlled at the throttle body

Idle screws are on the throttle body , screws on the side body of the IP are bleeder screws
