That maybe the case but they'll be being watched very closely...... I also used to be an iiNet customer for many years from when they first started up, until they became big and started forgetting about their wa customers

Funny that. iiNet are originally from Perth too...They all get big but they are still good and reliable. Much better than Hell$tra whom I was with prior. Every month the bill would come in and it was wrong, so I had to spend hours each time on the phone trying to learn a different language and I still got no where.

Funny you should say that because I actually switched to the darkside and have had no issues at all with them. It's now been 2 years and service has actually been very good so far. iiNet's service on the other hand went from good to non existent, internet and phone kept dropping out and they just did nothing about it, had VoIP but quality was bloody awful.......... Now I have a fully working internet and phone that works, download speeds are faster because I've not had any issues, I've not had the pleasure of having to deal with their customer service team

His posts have worked for me. Dates, quotes etc all good.

Bit every time I click on a pm notification it takes me to the same pm I got weeks back
