This keeps coming up on my laptop.
Yours is bit more serious.
Is this coming up when you do a virus or spyware scan as well? If you haven done this yet please do it & get back to me.
Something has either shut down or corrupted your "Service Host Process exe " with is a major part of your system main operations & this will course your computer to slow down & become sluggish through high CPU demand & needs to be rectified asap.

A quick question.... Have you installed any software Or have you been asked to download anything recently? The reason I ask is cos I suspect you may in fact have a virus on your computer.

Since my antivirus found this I have had the other one come up on a regular basis. (A Youtube vid had this in it!!)
If I leave the laptop on overnight and I check it in the morning there are lots of lines "threat detected" etc
The lappy is set to do regular scans and I have also done manual ones. Sometimes it finds is and sometimes it doesn't!! Does this make sense??

Well that Nokia thing is nothing to worry about for now cos it software to an old phone im tipping.
I reckon I'll need to get up close & personal with your lappy old mate in order to try & get to the bottom of this one so best we organize a trip up my way or down yours.
In the mean time a good quick fix would be to go get yourself a USB PC or laptop mouse & plug it un to see if you still have that same problem.
If you cant get a loan of one down your way don't go out & buy one, let me know & I'll post you one you can keep for nicks. (have a few spare ones here)

Given the OS your running im tipping its getting pretty long in the tooth as far as computer are concerned mate & it might be time to thing about an upgrade as well.

Sorry Patch not sure what a "boot time scan" is? Is this "Run on computer start up"?
I am using AVG version: 10.0.1152
At the moment I am running "Whole Computer Scan" and this takes ages (a couple of hours!!) to see if the "threat is detected" again.
Maybe fixing this "threat" will fix all the other problems the lappy has! ( I can only live in hope!! hahahaha)

Yes it is does run on start up but it needs to be scheduled to do it. If your running AVG freeware then I don't think it will do this but not 100% on that as I don't use it myself.
Best of luck sorting this out & im happy to help you if & ware I can.
