Yea right
Yep famous last words.......... I've just scored another free laptop from work, it's actually my old work laptop which has been playing up lately, I'm hoping that a fresh install of Windows 10 may fix any issues, if not then its a new hard drive for it. Either way, tis cheap cheap

Cheers wee man....... was thinking of going solid state and make it a little bit more robust, not going to be used for storing photos, just a few vids and streaming

Ok. So 8.1 is up and running sweet.
But it's now wanting to re update to 10 again.
I can't seem to find any info on stopping the update.
It's saying restart now to update.

Mate I don't know what you have done. Tbh I would refresh everything. If you type into the start menu on windows 8.1 "restore" you will find an option to refresh your installation. That's where I would be heading

G'day, all. I have finally received my digital scopemeter in the mail, but it doesn't have instructions.
I googled
https://www.google.com.au/webhp?sour...5%20scopemeter
and the fifth entry: Scopemeter manual -google docs came up. When i click on the link, it sends me to sign up on Gmail. My question is this:
Is it safe to sign in for this site? Cheers.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.
