I just noticed there's a icon on the screen for it (top left of pic). I double clicked that icon and this is the same as the daily pop up when PC is booted.

That may solve the problem for a while? Let's hope for good.
Go to Start / Run and type in shell:startup then hit Enter
That will open up your startup folder. See what's in there, if that Teams crap is there, delete it.

The easiest way to stop it appearing is to log into Teams when it pops up, using your office credentials and then go to options and uncheck the "auto start application" box.

All that shows up is a file called desktop.ini
Nothing else??

Thanks Steve. I'll give that a go if the problem persists. Not sure I can remember my Office 365 credentials. Should be able to find them somewhere.

Hey mate, you can do what Steve has mentioned or if you just follow the video I sent you and not uninstall you will be fine. Uninstalling gives Microsoft to reinstall, and reactivate all the services etc. Just follow the vid and do nothing else and your problems should be over

It will usually be your email address and password if you're using outlook 365.

I remembers what yo had open at shut down and automatically launches those programs for you at startup.
Try closing all open windows / programs / apps before you shut down.
Shut down and startup again and see if the windows re-open upon startup. I strongly suspect it's this.
Take a look here:
https://www.howtogeek.com/396884/how...rting-your-pc/
Unfortunately, it still happens. I always ensure everything is closed before shutting down. Also checked that the "re-start application" box was un-ticked. It seems to be happening randomly, about every second or third time I start the PC. ?????? It's becoming very annoying. It's only started happening after the last OS update, but I can't find anyone else reporting it.
