how many splines?
was just wondering how many splines a standard 2008 gu dx patrol has on the front axle so as to get the right replacement free wheeling hub? cheers......
2008 GU 2" LIFT, GME UHF BLACK KING WHEELS, SAFARI SNORKEL, LIGHTFORCE 240' KAYMAR DUAL WHEEL CARRIER STEINBAUER POWER, beaudesert 2 3/4 system, runva 11,000 comp winch.....

Your front axles should have 31 splines.

Only the GL 4.8 and pickup have the bigger H260 diff (37 splines)

GU front diffs are all H233b, H260 was only used as a rear diff and only on some models.
I've never counted the splines on the outer end of the front axles.
