Hi Everyone
My name is Mel and with my partner Matt we own a 1993 GQ and joined up as I am the PC savvy one of the 2 of us and we like looking to see what people are doing out there with their trucks and also where else we can go 4wding.
We spend a lot of time at Landcruiser Park and last time we were out there managed to get stuck in the Brisbane River and ending up with a car that doesn't change gears as good as it should.
We have done the Cape York Trip and enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone who has some spare time up there sleeve. Take it easy at you can enjoy the scenery and the company.
We love heading up the beach at Double Island Point and doing some camping and some fishing.

A woodland in full color is awesome as a forest fire, in magnitude at least, but a single tree is like a dancing tongue of flame to warm the heart.

Welcome to the forum guys. Where in Qld you from? We use Landcruiser as one of our regular haunts as well as day trips to Beerburrum and several other places. We have a weekend trip to the Springs 4x4 in 2 weeks and a maintenance day at a work shop this Saturday. You are more than welcome to join in.
