European Y61 Nissan Manual Including VIN search Program.

Here is the European Y61 Nissan Manual which covers the 4.8 and ZD engine for our overseas members and possibly some locals here.

It actually consists of the following service manuals.

    1. 1st Edition
    2. Supplement 1
    3. Supplement 2
    4. Supplement 3 - Diesel Edition
    5. Supplement 3 - Petrol Edition
    6. Supplement 4

    8. VIN Selection Program to work out which manual suits your VIN.

This was a CD pack so you need to download the file, unzip it, and then click on the "ESM" file for the program to work. This is a great little program for our friends overseas and some people here as it has a program to type in your VIN number for the manual to suit your model. If you also select which supplement you want it then takes you straight to the manual with quick link bookmarks for ease of category searches.

If anyone has the Aussie version that would be a huge help for us!

See below for the program scene shot and VIN number search box.

    Enjoy!

P.S Tried to use some of our VINS in Australia but they didn't work.

Also, Some Virus programs on peoples computers may think that when you download this it contains a virus. The program is an EXE file which a lot of virus software programs do not trust. My computer did not say anything but if your computer mentions it then just allow it to download. But the question you may ask is....Do you trust me?....lol....Promise It's 100% fine!

Hey AB, these are getting better by the day.
On your travels or anyone else for that matter, you haven't seen a CRD supplement? GUV or GUVI

This looks helpful but I can't download it yet sadly. Does it include information on the TD42t models? Cheers.

    Hi friends,
I have used Y61 model running in good condition. But when i buy it the VIN number in the car is not correct and was stamped by the sealer. The VIN on the car is K160 but actually when i move to Nissan dealers they defiantly told me it is Y61. Is there any possibility to get actual VIN number of the car?.... No plate on the car and no information on set belt .
