Oil Catch Can Restrictor
Hi there
I will finally finish installing my Provent 200 in the next couple of days. I noticed in the reference document we are advised to use the restrictor in the old hose. Can someone please let me know how they attached it?
Are you able to simply slide it into the new hose?
Thanks Guys

I don't know about a restrictor but there is a one way valve in one of the hoses. I didn't know it was hidden in the hose until I swapped the hose end for end (it fitted better that way) and had no brakes!

Yes it is a ZD30. Does anyone know how this would affect brakes?

Sorry I don't know the answer to this, I don't even remember seeing a one way valve in the hose for the catch can, I will have to leave this for Tony.
In answer to your first question, I was just able to slide the restrictor inside the new hose.
Also I had to cut the restrictor out of the old hose, I was unable to just slide it out.

You won't have power assistance to the brakes under some circumstances, very dangerous.
