Child seat anchor points

Hi all, here's my first dumb question.

I'm looking at purchasing 98/99/00 7 seater patrols at the moment.

Where are the factory child seat anchor points located ?

I would like to be able to put a child seat in the 3rd row on some trips when we have 4 adults and 1 child travelling together. Is this configuration possible ?

I read that thread before posting, but I missed the red screw driver in the picture pointing to the point for the 3rd row anchor point.

Doesnt a GU have the anchor points under the seat for middle row?
