Patrol GQ rear drum brakes cylinder pistons

Hello mates, my question is in regards to my rear drum brakes cylinder pistons as you can see on the picture below and I would like to know the following:

1. Can I somehow unscrew the question mark (?) pointed section of the pistons and just replace the rubber seal or do I simply have to buy the whole kit it self? and the reason I am saying this is just to avoid expenses and a never ending search for the bloody part which I will find but its going to take me a few days of searching.
