07 GU Patrol - series IV or V?

Can anyone advise how I work out if my 07 GU ST Patrol, manufacture date of 11/07, is a IV or V series?

Is there a giveaway in the VIN number or another way of finding out? Doesn't look to be anything on any of the metal plates in the engine bay and I couldn't find any info on differences online.20240425_153633.jpg20240425_153637.jpg

The giveaway is the rear passenger aircon vents (I think).
