Hi!
Hey forum!
Long time lurker, first time poster. Thought I'd introduce myself.
I have a 2007 CRD Wagon. Set up for touring with a bed in the back, 2" lift and 33s. Rear bar with jerry and wheel holders.
I have a big job ahead of me with resealing a timing cover. Please share if you have any advice!
Thanks,
Mars.

I recently did my timing chain/cover. There is a dowel at the bottom which makes it feel stuck when removing.
Getting to the timing cover is a relatively big job though. Suggest buying a new "genuine" tappet cover gasket to replace as they tend to leak as well. The genuine ones are supposedly a softer rubber than aftermarket which seal better, my original tappet cover gasket was leaking heaps. Suggest replacing all vacuum hoses in the process, mine were all perishing.
You will need a water outlet gasket (#110622W200) and square o-ring (#144652W201)
