nissan patrol timing

hi, can anyone tell me how to set the timing on my nissan patrol mq petrol motor. I can't find a user manual on the net. hope someone can help. love this site.

P40 or L28? Cam or ignition? Have a look for y60 manuals - there are usually some available here after you introduce yourself and post 25 reasonable posts, Pete.

I gave my hard copy manual away, but I'm sure someone else will help

Ignition Timings are;
L28: 8 degrees BTDC, or, P40: 10 degrees BTDC

Idle speeds;
L28: manual-650 rpm, auto-650rpm in "N", or, P40: 500rpm
