GU Patrol - How to fix factory clock time?

Hello all,

I am new to this site.
I just bought a 2003 Nissan Patrol ST GU III MY03 5 speed manual. I just wanted to ask, how do you change the clock time on the factory dash?
Also, would anyone happen to know how to change the clock time on a JVC KD-R300 stereo?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

On the dash, turn the little knob left for hours, right for minutes.

On the JVC, prob search for a manual for it.
