Coding injectors

Hi,

New Patrol (ZD30 CRD 2007) owner here. I'm looking at changing out injectors along with a few other jobs.
Is there a way I can enter the injector codes myself ? Or do I need to take it to a workshop ?
Previously I've worked on Toyotas, where I can do most things using Techstream. I guess I'm asking if there is software (and cable) available to do similar things on the Patrol ?

As far as I know there is no coding needed, just plug and pray. Well the Di Grenade I had was that way. As for codes, there is a code stamped on the injector itself, which needs to match the new injectors.

CRD injectors definitely have trim codes that should be entered into the ECU. Many people seem to do without and say their car runs fine, but the potential issue is cylinder-to-cylinder imbalance where some cylinders are working harder than others, and poorer idle quality. I don't know how much difference it makes in practice or how to code them, but personally I would make sure I got it done even if the difference is minor.
