GU4 zd30DI Re4 auto slipping in 1st gear when turning right

It's a weird one!

I just did an auto service and flush at home.
When turning right, roundabout etc the revs climb and the auto slips in 1st.
Can't get it to happen when i turn left?

Even though I was sure I put the same in that I took out I was a few litres short somewhere?

I didn't know you check level on an Auto trans with the engine running...

Just needed a top up.
