K260 glow plugs module

Hello from Romania!my k260 rd28 built in Spain has problems at cold starting,i changed all plugs ngk cx51 &cz51 the probleme is that it receives 12v more than 10sec.at 4,5and 6 and i have to disconect the wire that comes to short bar.my plug module has part nr.407901-3240 can i chage IT with one that has serial Nr.407901-3220 ?thanx You all,salut!!

Just a thought, can you make your own glow circuit that you push with a button?
