    Darche eclipse 270 awning

I'm in the market for an awning and have my eye on the Darche 270.Eclipse
Have heard reports of the bag leaking.
Has anyone had experience with this particular awning.

Hi mate, I have a darche eclipse and yes because the bag is closed using Velcro they can leak, I had a sock made to cover the end of it with a Velcro strap to hold it in place.

Other than that are you happy with the awning over all?

Hmm maybe I should check mine out. so its just the end of the bag is it?

The zip tore away from the stitching on mine but I got a replacement bag under warranty no questions asked by Darche so happy there. Setup and packup is easy too.
