2012 CDR fuel filter woes.
I recently bought a fuel filter for my truck. Fiddly to change but doable. But. The filter i received is part number 16400-ES60E. my old filter is 16400-ES60B. The new filter has a completely different connector on the bottom of the filter compared to the old one. Called a very helpful guy at patrolapart and he confirmed that the new part number is correct and the old "B" number is no longer listed. Has anyone else come up against this? What was the solution? I can see that the connector on the filter bottom will come of easy. enough. Should that just go into the new filter?
