I've definitely honed into what i want and i'm seeing a few about. It's been interesting watching the asking price change over the last 6 months from Covid, interest rate rises, rent going up etc..

Second hand market is definitely dropping now.

Agreed, Winnstar Word to wise, naturally aspirated OEM GQ TD42 Faithfuls from factory IMHO should be cared for and driven a lot less harder than I’ve/we’ve done
