    change diff ratio for ls3

Hi to all again poopsie here, has anyone got ideas on changing my current diff ratio which originally had 3litre crd engine to 3.5 to 1 in order to reduce revs on highway as ls3 conversion has plenty of power and does not need to rev at 2300rpm at 100 kms per hour on hyway or should i leave it at that.I understand that the auto 4.8 patrols had 3.5 to 1 ratios.thanks again.

Manual or auto box? I installed the Marks 5th gearset into mine and it dropped revs by 250rpm at 100 in 5th

IIRC models owned, you’re currently running 3.9 : 1 GU factory 3.0L Wagon Poopsie Mate?
PeeBee & Rossco here are super happy with their Marks 4wd 5th gear cog upgrades on their moderate/bigger diesels. If it were me I’d seriously investigate PeeBee’s lead further as 3.5 : 1 on steep bush tracks with an LS1 might run away a tad more than your needs unknown?
