    new boots

    looking at new tyres soon on the old gu currently on Bridgestone DUELER A/T 697 all terrains am looking at ALL TERRAIN T/A KO2 any thoughts ...285/75/16

    I've got the ko2s,very happy with them.
    Had them for 1.5 years,can barely notice any ware on them yet.
    Good in the wet and decent off road too

    285/75/16 and or 33”x10.5”x15” close enough as I understand driven is perfect for a stocky GU IMHO….best of both on/off road worlds
    BFG All Terrains did cop some bad press here and elsewhere years ago for being slippery in the wet, but I’ve only ever found wider 12.5” ones to aqua plane through stupidity or just them lasting so long they do get harder as time goes on….drive accordingly

    I love the bfgs but got talked into falken wildpeak at3w's for $110 less per tyre. Never been bogged with them never a puncture and have done 65k on them still got half tread, definately an under rated tyre compared to brand name stuff I rekon!!
