    97 GQ TD42 - Bullbar Bolts stuck!

G’day! First post on here.. I’m in the process of swapping my bullbar on my TD42.. 2 out of 6 bolts have seized on. Does any one have any tricks?

I’ve tried blowtorching, freezing, rattling, wrenching, and smashing the F*#\$ out of it!

Penetrene is our first go to on rusty gold that we don’t want to damage:

Over the course of a day or two applied regularly hopefully it will penetrate the rust deep inside and then try rattling the sh#t out of the stubborn bolts with around 1,000Nm of torque
