    Cheers Phil,

The line of the mains slider is about where it should be to be honest. Just outside the body line. The front and rear "Kickers" are exactly that, to Kick the body off any rock to help the wheel get up and over or around. And looks sexy as!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Ok so it's been a little busy here but I have found some shed time which is great.

I went a Fatz Fabrications 5" Snorkel as I liked how they finish at the roof line. The kit came well packaged with a colour multi page instructions and a QR Code to a linked installation video which was bloody awesome. Rhino Bar have a lot to learn!!!

    The Snorkel is On!

Here is a bit of a photo bomb of the fitting up.

    Really well packaged.

I invested in an Air Saw which helped with the panel cut but uses a Huge amount of air. It got the hard bits done ans I used snips for thr rest.

Nice shiny panel... too nice to cut!!! Had to be done. Let's learn something today.

    Airbox Out.

Factory air intake is facing backwards in the left guard.

    What could go wrong??

    Let's Go!!

The inner guard had a fair bit of structure that had to go too.

A Pillar cover off. The Video showed how to take this off thank God!!..

An Air and water deflector for the airbox and well as a drain valve was included in the kit.

Siliconed the sandwich plate between the panel and the Snorkel.

The pinched around the cut was treated for long term rust prevention. The edge od the cut was painted with black Zinc before the pinch weld went on.

    Stoked...
