GQ TB4.2E speedo not working

Hi guys,
I bought my first Patrol 2 weeks ago..so still learning alot!
The speedo on the dash does not work/move. Any ideas where I could start to figure out the problem?

The sender is on the upper drivers side of the Transfer Case. I use a battery drill with a square drive bit to run the sender. With a multi meter set to AC volts connected to the output wires you should see the voltage rise as the speed increases.
