    No charge light no power to exciter wire

    Gidday All was hoping to pick your brains, Got a 2014 GU I'm have no power to the L wire (exciter) and no battery check light on dash with ignition on.Alternator has been tested by auto elec. Battery is good Have checked all fuses all seem good.I've got power to sense wire and B+ wire at alternator. any ideas what else i should be looking for Cheers

    Yer checked dash There is no bulbs presume its leds on circuit board

    not an alternator guru but could you add another loop, one that would incur a voltage drop to initiate charging?
