Engine Guard temp sensor locations
I have one of those dual input Engine Gaurd temp alarms.
Where would be the best spot on the engine to get the most accurate temp reading?
I'm undecided where to put the 2nd sensor, intercooler or auto-trans.... hmm

I am he, fear me
FWIW on the Brunny Ute I had I put the sensors on the bolt closest to the Engine Thermo Housing and the Auto Tranny Sump closest to the T.C.
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

4mths after making this thread I finally got one sensor on the motor today near the alternator mount, it hovers around 78-81c during varied driving around town and the highway.
Can't rush these things.
