    Dropped bolt into coolant outlet

So, iv done myself a mischief.
Yesterday I removed my egr system in prep for my CC intercooler.
While blocking the coolant outlet on the oil cooler I dropped a bolt inside.
I can feel the bolt with the end of my finger but can’t get it to move. Iv tried a magnet but it just seems to stick to everything else!
It is a PIA of a spot to get to, here’s a pic of the bolt and where it’s gone

    What do I do now?

    Plenty more to come!

See if they have an inspection camera with a magnet attachment. Expensive option but worth it for many other jobs.

Good outcome mate. When I got my CC intercooler I got one of these kits mate. While you have that area pulled-apart..

This gets rid of that EGR cooler above the oil filters. Takes some load off the cooling system.

Cheers @Hodge that’s exactly what I was installing.
Only thing with the HPD kit is that it only comes with one blanking plate. Iv got it all removed now and have blocked it on the exhaust end (the hardest part), now just waiting on another blanking plate for the inlet manifold.
Did you upgrade your turbo after you put in the new cooler?
    Pic of it all removed

That’s basically the same as mine. Although I am looking at upgrading the air filter box and tossing up between a ufi 16 or 18g. Looking forward to see how yours goes!
