Noise coming from engine when cold / first started

Hi Guys ... l have a 2012 3.0lt CRD that is making a noise when the engine is cold only .. The noise is hard to explain it sounds like the turbo over spooling with a whistling sound ... its nothing to do with the turbo just replaced it and the noise is still there ... anyone had anything like that ? it only happens under acceleration and only for a minute or two after starting the car ... thinking it maybe a vacuum issue ?? noticed a noise coming from the vacuum control switch once the engine is turned off ? any help would be much appreciated

It could possibly be an exhaust manifold or EGR leak ... these are the fairly common problems that we find with these motors.
