    Stereo Install, which wiring harness

    Hi all

About to convert the original Nissan Patrol cassette stereo with a Kenwood unit. Most people say to use the Apero APP0120 wiring harness. I noticed on images of the APP0120 it appears it takes the 2 plugs from the old stereo, however I notice on my stereo I has 3 plugs. I am wondering if anyone knows what the third plug is for (the one with the black, light blue, and violet wires), and do I need a different harness

    Thanks in advance

Have you got remote stereo controls on the steering wheel?

I was told at one time there was an extra plug if you had a DVD stacker. Don't know if it applies to your model.
