Thinking of a change from M/T's to A/T's

My GQ has a 2" lift and currently runs Maxxis BigHorn 33x12.5 x 15 tyres. Looking for something a bit quieter but still offroad capable. I have noticed that not all manufacturers make their tyres in 33". Besides BFG A/T is there any other good quality brand in this size that people would recommend? I still have a bit left on the BigHorns so no rush.

Thinking of a change from M/T's to A/T's

    G’day BD Mate!
I believe the equivalent of 33” in the metricy (confuses me) system is say 285/75 R16?
As far as I understand, certainly Yanky BFG’s appear to have their 33” R15 (15inch rim) versus the metric R16” variants but I could be wrong @Cuppa is trialling currently out yonder the Nitto A/T which if it performs as well as myself and many others have suggested too of their Nitto M/T’s might be well worth looking into their A/T’s also

@MB I think the 285s have a slightly bigger rolling diameter
    compared to a 33 x 12 the 285s are about 11.5in.
    happy to be wrong

The Kumho MT51's look a good compromise - more like an aggressive A/T than M/T and available in 33 inch. Anyone run them?

G'day Bluedog77 I have been running the MT51's 305/70R16 they are not too noisy and handle ok but i'm no weekend racer either. I did a central Australia trip Brisbane, Camron Cnr, Gammon Ranges, Cooper Pedey, Uluru, Fink Gorge, Kings Canyon, Alice, Dalhousie Springs, Simpson and home no issues at all they handled every thing from bitumen to dirt, rocks, sharp stoney desert rocks to hot soft sand no worries.

Looking at maybe going down a size as well - from a 33 to a 32 inch tyre. If anyone has done that I would be interested
    in their thoughts.
