    1993 v6 3l gearbox

    hi everyone, I'm new hear and looking for some help.
    i have a 1993 3l v6 patrol and would like to know the
    gearbox designation for my car and if any others fit.
    can the bellhousing be changed to another box?

    Welcome to the forum. Pics of the engine and the engine number would help get some answers.

    Hi mate, the reason Mudnut is looking for more details in the Patrol did not come out with a V6 Ever. Around that time there was an RB30 and Mudnut is your guy if that is the engine you have. Can yu have a look on the compliance plate on the fire wall and post either a photo of the compliance plate, a photo of the engine or just post the engine numbers off the comp plate.
