    Wiring up fuel filter switch/sensor.

    Hey all, I recently swapped my tb42 out for a td42 and still haven't gotten around to doing something about what I assume is the water sensor underneath the fuel filter. My assumption was that this circuit would close if it detected water so could I just wire it up to a little LED or something and use the switch under the filter to control it. Cheers.

    Yes, I wired mine to the TB45E engine warning light in the dash cluster. Also put a bulb in the dash for the pigtail light for the glow plugs.
