Rear cabin AC fan only works on high

Hi Guys

My Patrol ZD30 2003 has a rear fan that now only works on high, had the same issue with front fan a couple years ago, changed the resistor unit and now works. Opened center console at back and no resistor, only a push button on off switch and speed control switch. Can anyone advise on repairing this rear fan speed issue.
