AndrewManning I just decided to unplug from the digital realm as much as possible. It made me feel better and helped me get outside more and not worry about emotive stories being beat up by the media for effect, and stopped me comparing myself to social media lives, which are not real anyway!

But, there is good information to be found if you look in the right places, like here!
