    ZD30 not power

Hi guys, I'm looking a patrol y61 with zd30 (not common rail) but the car have a problem. The owner put new turbo, injectors, maf and pressure sensor and check fuel pump. The car dont have power but dont smoke

What do you think guys that could be the most commun failures that can produce that? I'm thinkings about intercooler or valve that controller the turbo... but I think that normally when you dont have boost the car should smoke (too much fuel and not air)

    Thank you guys

    Hi!
My bro has a similar problem.
During the ride, it looks fine but when he needs more power it loses it at all.
The problem was in the genuine blow-off valve (low opening pressure), wrong MAF output signal, and "strangulated" European fuel program in the CPU + active EGR system.

Assuming it is not fitted with positive pressure actuator.

Check vnt actuator on turbo. At idle the actuator rod / arm should be all the way up so lever is against vane limit stop screw, check this and then pull vac hose of actuator (still at idle) and the rod should drop quickly to bottom of stroke_check operation and let us know the result.

Have a general look round for loose/damaged boost and vac hoses.
