    the Power Steering bracket is still on the right side hanging off the block not in use. I would say that other PS has been retro fitted there. There is No Alternator, No AC and the PCV is plumbed straight back in at the head of the intake! Brutal!. I think that engine has been used in a static mount position maybe? a Plant Power supply. the Bottom Radiator Hose is clearly going to the wrong place??

    Also that Heat shield clearly shows that it is not to suit a Turbo model.
