But hey, whats up with the brick wall? Is the new shed being built around the old one so you will dismantle the old one from inside the new one? Is that it?

The brick wall is my neighbours garage, and I need some covered area for my shed contents before I take the old one down. I've also been using the saw bench to cut all the studs and trusses etc. It's a really awkward process but it's just the way I need to do it. I'm not going to be able touch it now for three weeks, but hopefully the weather is good then and I can start pulling apart the old one. It's very full inside

Weekend projects
Finished the two plant boxes in front of the two kitchen windows and got a bit around the tree at the end. Next weekend I’ll check some plants in it but not sure what though.

How big do they grow? I don’t want anything that will grow massive and cover the window.
That whole garden area there has Camelias, which flower and produce vibrant winters, pinks and reds.
The rest of the block is natives. So I’m thinking we should not go natives.
Btw! Last time you were over Nic I forgot to talk to you about doing those floating shelves in the kitchen.
And agapanthus! I got them in my driveway and I hate them. Albeit very hardy. But nah!

Mate I'm sorry but I'm taking the piss. Agapanthus are horrid, they are the sorry of thing you line your Colonial Cottage driveway with, nearly impossible to kill. Best advice is go to a native nursery and chat with a horticulturist there. As for the shelves, yep we definitely forgot that. We should look into it mate. I'm working in Footscray at the moment, happy to come past on the way home one day to measure and chat.

Haha yeah after my reply I thought I have those fucking things in my driveway and I hate them. Bulb weeds! Unsure if we to go native in this area or keep with the theme of what’s there.

Big shoutout to @MudRunnerTD for the advice with my roof trusses. The new shed is coming along great and the trusses are definitely the part!20220317_191335.jpg20220317_195606.jpg20220317_195409.jpg
