I had a stick crack one of our skylights. Didn't get a before pic but i chose to glaze it instead of replacing the cloudy bubble. Works well and looks amazing I reckon!20211206_191419.jpg20211206_191415.jpg20211206_191318.jpg20211206_191139.jpg

The ceiling on the deck is all but finished now, just need some help this weekend from the bro in law where it is above the house roof and very awkward to work with.

We shifted this 300kg monstrosity from the back of my shed up onto the deck. It's been in my shed all year and I have been brainstorming ways of getting it up the easiest.
Man power and a trailer ended up getting it done easily with 5 people lifting!

Finally finished off the dry wall rock wall and garden bed today.

More crushed rock on the driveway and I’m done!

Front yard is taking shape. All rocks gone and raked level ready for fresh soil and grass. I think I'm going to get a trailer load of gray granite and top up the garden beds and water feature

    Weekend projects

Thought I’d give our 20yo outdoor furniture a Christmas present. Sanded the table and chairs back and sprayed them all with some fresh tinted timber oil.
    Came out really nice.

    To this

I also had to replace a top piece on one of the chairs that had broken. Couldn’t buy it so I made it.

Using a spray gun is so much faster than doing it by brush. Done the table and four chairs in less than half an hour. Sanding too about an hour or so…
