4.2 Turbo GU 3" exhaust from UTE to GQ WAGON - Fit?

I'm 99.99% sure a GU exhaust will fit a GQ but what about if the GU exhaust came off a ute?

Will a GU ute 4.2 turbo 3" exhaust fit on a GQ wagon?

I'm guessing there may be some tweaking...lol

Edit: forgot to mention that the GQ wagon will have a GU manifold from the same year (2001). I just mean the length and shape of the exhaust thats all.
