What GU are the diffs and brakes from? This matters. A GU with the RD28 is different to the ZD30/ TD42 which is again different to the TB48's. I upgraded my GU to the TB48 master cylinder (bigger piston bore diameter), TB48 calipers, again bigger piston bore diameter, and rotors and pads to suit. Also running full braided lines. When I had my Patrol engineered, the engineer commented on how good my Patrol stops. One draw back. It can be pretty hairy in the wet. But they work well.
You need to remember, your Patrol is heavy, it will never stop like a car does.
