March '20 Photo Comp- Relaxation

'So good to sit down after a hectic & unsettled few days'.

After getting kicked out of our house sit prematurely 'cos of Covid 19, & having nowhere to go, & Cape York plans being cancelled, we managed to score a farm sit at short notice for as long as we want it, about 40kms west of Mareeba on the road out to Chillagoe, Qld. Here I am at the end of our first day here! 'Home' for the 'duration'. Not much required of us other than to live here, cut a bit of grass when it needs it & water a few fruit trees. Have the use of another Hilux if we want it too. Sitting watching a few roos, a Dollarbird & a couple of Kookaburras as I type this. This is the quietest place I've ever been.

MrsTea's daily 'hammock time' at Portland Roads, Cape York, generally followed her 'long breakfast' across the road at the beach.

There appears to be very little interest in the photo comp lately, do people want to keep this going?

Yeah definatly. Always have good intentions but for whatever reason always leave it to the last minute lol. . Think got in early this month but. .
