    Holden Cruze Wiper Blades

My daughter got quoted $75 to replace wiper blades on her Cruze.

The blades don't look any different to anything. Anyone know if you can just replace the rubber and the entire holder/wiper assy?

It will be dictated by the length. Go to Repco and buy replacement heads. 20% for RACV. 5 minutes a side to replace once you figure it out.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

That's the thing, the blades just look like blades, but everywhere seems to want to sell you the complete head at around $65-$75.

I don't have the car near to look at so I'm just wondering if you can swap the blades ($20) and not the heads ($65-75)???

you probably can. i like swapping the heads as it maintains the spring tension in the heads for better overall pressure on the blade.

Recently replaced wiper heads for the patrol. They come with blades and cost me $3 more than just replacing blades. Autobarn. Go in and ask for cruze compatible. Always found autobarn (well my local one anyway) very helpful and good service unlike hmm, say the likes of SCA.

Oh and they chucked them on for me too for nothing. Good service!

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??
