If the rubber has separated from the steel ring, it is repairable.

Drill a 1/16th hole in the rubber where it has come away at one side, and another hole on the other end.
Use a syringe to inject polyurethane liquid adhesive until you can feel it's all the way through.
Wrap a damp cloth around the repair area and leave for a day or so.
If you use too much adhesive it will take too long to set and not be as strong.
    "Can't" is a dirty 4 letter word.
Best way to deal with a "Can't" is to chop off the "t" and brew it in boiled water for a few minutes.
Sip on the "t", and consider what you've got left to work with

In hindsight it might have been better to state this at the START of the topic.

    Can't help you.

Nissan Pulsar N14 (and I am told N15 but haven't used one myself) bolt straight up and are slightly smaller than stock but should be bigger than the Momo.

I have put the N14 Pulsar Wheel on a couple of GQ's and no panel visibility issues but will depend on driving position.

In NZ I would have thought there should be 100's of Pulsar Steering Wheels around so maybe that is an option.
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.
