GQ Patrol RE4R03A Auto In A GU ZD30

i have a issue where my auto in my GU ZD30 will not take off in drive but will in second and will upshift to 3-4 once your over 40 and slip the shifter up into d then behaves perfectly if you slow down at lights or corders where you will slow below 40 you have to down shift to 2 again then once up to speed again upshift to D if you try and take off in D it acts like its in N no drive at all not even trying however goto 1 or 2 or R and perfect

i aquired a RE4r03A to go in it from a EFI GQ model 51x18 and the auto in my zd30 is a RE4R03A however its a 57x18

will this auto go in with the zd30 bellhousing and TC or not
