    y60 Auto to Manual conversion

Today I started a manual conversion.
    replacement brake pedal also.
new rear crank seal, clutch etc.
    Dash out.
    Mission.
    One question though
Are there any hidden surprises in the wiring of the manual box to the ex Auto truck 1993 td42?
    Cheers

    Well that job is done.
Long story short, take out engine mounts and drop engine 50mm.
Raise rear of truck, leave front wheels on ground
access top Bell housing bolts from top of tunnel through the shifter hole.
    Use two trolley jacks.
Allow 2 days for a man and a lad.
Remove entire dash and vent duct to fit new Brake pedal assembly.
Test reverse switch of box before putting box in.
I also changed crank seal, clutch and release bearing at same time.

Result is a much better truck
