Headlight and Key buzzer

I have a 2005 STS 4.2 wagon. I, unlike some, like the idea of the headlight & key buzzer to alert me.

Mine stopped working about 12 months ago and I haven’t got around to fixing it.

The other day it worked and did so for a couple of days then stopped again.

How to I find it to fix. As it worked for a day or two would it be a loose connection or similar.

If so where do I go to find the loose connection.

Very much a newbie when it come to internal electricals.
