Bought 1st 4WD, new to patrols, new to forum
Hi all,
I just bought my first ever 4WD, have had Commodores my whole life and my wife finally ran out of reasons to talk me out of having a big 4WD.
So I've got a nice neat example of a 2009 3.0 TDi GU Patrol ST, 5 speed manual, all stock parts so it isn't set up (yet) for offroad. No idea how to use the thing, but I'm super keen to figure it out.
How do you drive these things??

I am he, fear me
Unless you have mates who genuinely, I stress genuinely, know what they are doing... Join a Club or do a 4WD Course
Clubs are more fun and cheaper, Courses are more expensive but quicker
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.
