    battery drain problem

    gedday all first time post have a gq dual cab have a battery drain from one of the fuseable links the one which powers the body loom it’s drawing 14.4amps
    have tried removing all fusesan relays one by one to try pinpoint the source but no success any ideas what to try next cheers

    That’s a lot of amps !
    Have you disconnected the alternator?

    Yeah an alternater producing to much voltage will cook the battery and make it seem like a drain,so check the voltage coming from the back of the alternater

    Sometimes an alternator can have an internal short which will drain the battery too
